Situated on Kingsmead Road, in the heart of Borrowdale, is Kingsmead Guesthouse. We aim to cater to both the business and leisure traveler seeking a peaceful environment and atmosphere in which to relax. The ten tastefully furnished rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, have doors leading out onto the verandah or private courtyards. Two of our rooms boast kitchenettes with microwave ovens and fridges to ensure a light semi self-catering option. There is also an option for families to have inter-leading rooms, however, it must be noted that during the week, we do have a No? ?Child? ?Policy? under the age of 10 years old. We have strived to combine luxurious hospitality and accommodation with an active concern for the environment.

Wherever possible, the guesthouse is environment friendly with solar panels for water heating, energy-saving lighting and appliances, and we are completely self-sufficient for the times when we experience power outages. Please note that the gate entrance, driveway, parking and front entrance way are all monitored by CCTV cameras for security reasons.
