Dzimbabwe lodge is located in the town of Kariba, Zimbabwe. Kariba is in the Mashonaland West Province close to the Kariba Dam at the north-western end of Lake Kariba, near the Zambian border. The town was established to accommodate workers who were constructing the Kariba Dam in the mid to late 1950s. Kariba is 365km from Harare and shares a border with Zambia.
